                  The firm of Roger A. Weaver, Architect was started on June 1, 1978. Since 1978,
                   the firm has enjoyed increasing success in the field of architecture.

    6. STAFF:
                   In addition to Mr. Weaver, who oversees the client meetings, project design, working
                   drawings, and construction observation, the office has secretarial staff (1) and project
                   management personnel (3) and Construction Observation (3) as required for the project
                   at hand. Total staff is 7. The entire staff, headed by Mr. Weaver, will be assigned to this

                   and use.

    7. OFFICE POLICY ON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES:
                   Work during the Construction Observation stages will be as per contract and as
                   needed. Architect will not be providing Clerk of the Work services. Visits will be
                   approximately once each two weeks, or more if deemed appropriate. An arrangement
                   with a local consultant for these services will be considered at the appropriate time.

    8. BUSINESS PROCEDURES:
                   The project is designed and coordinated by Mr. Weaver or other skilled staff members.
                   We find that this procedure enables the project to be more quickly delineated, for a
                   lower overall cost. The firm size is small by choice, taking only those jobs that are
                   capable of being handled personally by Mr. Weaver. In this manner, he is able to devote
                   a maximum of time to the project at hand.

    9. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
                   In the many years of this firm’s existence, it has not been necessary to borrow for
                   operating expenses. With the exception of secured financing of computer and office
                   equipment, the firm is debt free and has no outstanding claims against its assets.

    10. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE:
                   The firm carries professional liability insurance as a service to our clients.
