Beaver-Butler Presbytery Offices

This project was the renovation and restoration of a building originally built in the 1910’s and renovated many times since. This office restored the original window openings on Main Street, and provided office space for the Presbytery and for two rental suites.

The tight location of the building on the site, with a large parking lot on the rear, created the need for a dual entry design. The rear lot also enabled the use of the building for the seminars and meetings attended by a large number of pastors and congregation members from around the Beaver-Butler Presbytery area.

A study was accomplished to ascertain whether the currently unusable second floor could be used in the future. The design of the lower floor reflected this future possibility.
