Brighton Township Municipal Building

This project involved the construction of a new municipal building for Brighton Township. The view above is from the lower level showing the police department. The upper level contains Municipal Offices for the Township, Water Authority, Manager, Business Office, Meeting Room (30 people), ADA toilets, lunch room and room for the Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, and other Township agencies. This building is 7800 square feet and contains passive solar energy design features (orientation, shading, etc.).

This office has also accomplished the design of the Township’s Two Mile Run Park, and their Municipal Garage.
