Housing Authority Work
Represents work for Beaver, Butler, Indiana, and Armstrong Housing Authorities

The project pictured below are representative of the scope of work that this office has accomplished for four different Authorities. The work includes: window replacement, synthetic stucco exterior, kitchen and bath replacement, sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades, roof replacement, wiring upgrades, boiler replacement, AC replacement, parking lot renovations, gas line and sewer replacements, landscaping, public area renovations, and new construction.

We also have expertise working with new construction for Housing Authorities. We have designed community centers, central offices, and other facilities for the Four Authorities noted. The Community Building shown below was constructed larger and at a cost less than the cost for renovation of the smaller old community building

This office has also provided services as Owner’s Representative for a number of projects.

Our work for Housing Authorities started in 1978 and continues to this date. We are familiar with HUD requirements, ADA requirements, Code requirements, and other requirements for renovations and improvement of public housing facilities.
