Mars National Bank
Cranberry Township, PA

Starting with a nondescript 1970’s ‘throwaway’ building, we increased the size of the building by 30%, removed a badly failing façade, and reconstructed the facility to better present the solid image of the Bank. Real stone used on the entry and windows tie the building to it’s main office. The building suffered from many design ills, including a poorly marked entry, poor street presence (i.e. could not be easily seen), and extremely dated design and material usage.

All of the work on this facility was accomplished without one lost work day. The work was scheduled with the Bank and the Contractor to ensure that the customers were not inconvenienced during this makeover. We were also able to fix two persistent roof leak problems in the process.

This project exemplifies the creative renovation skills of this office.

The photo above is an overall view of the project. The new 30% is to the right in the photo. The photo below is of the new stone entry. The window wall is from the original building.
