New Classroom Facility - Mars Home for Youth
521 Route 228, Mars, PA

This facility is a one story, pre-engineered steel frame classroom building that is presently under construction. The building contains eight classrooms, administrative offices, storage areas, ADA toilets, and other necessary facilities. The building is part of a campus style site arrangement, with a gym and cafeteria in separate buildings.

The building is to serve as a facility for alternative education for students on the campus or tuition students from off of the campus. The design of the exterior is to blend in with the other English half-timber designed structures.

As part of this project, two 12 person residential cottages are also under construction. Total cost for the school and the residential cottages is just under $2,000,000.

This building is indicative of the wide range of projects that this office can accomplish. Our ‘tool box’ is full of many innovative design solutions. We have no preconceived ideas as to how any building should look or function.

We also have no preconceived notions as to construction materials or structural systems. We look at every component every project to ensure that the client is receiving the best project for the cost and time available.
