This Project required selective additions and renovations to an existing house to convert it into four office suites. The existing house was of stone veneer, and shingle roof. Code design and approval including ADA ramps and facilities, parking facilities, and tenant build out were part of the services provided by this office.

Since this project was completed, we have accomplished four additional projects for our client. We are skilled in the art of taking existing buildings, and converting them to new, useful, occupancy.
