The exterior stone work and concrete sills on this 1950’s vintage addition to the original building was in a structurally dangerous condition. This office recommended the removal of the stone, replacement of the concrete belt courses with a new stone belt cour5se, new windows, new doors, new roof over the affected areas, new sidewalks, new porch at the rear entry, and miscellaneous interior renovations and repairs.

This office accomplished the structural review of the condition of the veneer and recommended methods of repair that were acceptable to the owner and contractor.

The view was taken on May 4, 1998, approx. one month after occupancy. It was taken from the rear, along Jefferson Street, showing the three story stone portion that was removed and reinstalled with new anchors.
