Situated on a triangular site, hemmed in by adjacent property, this was a ‘forgotten’ site. Taking the challenge in stride, this office designed a two story office structure, with dental office on the upper floor and offices for a proctologist on the lower floor.

The building won a 1983 National Design award from the Society of American Registered Architects.

The building – at the clients choice - was designed using cedar board construction, with wood frame and flat roof.
