The original building housing the above offices was destroyed by a fire in 1998. This office was retained to design a new structure on the old site, incorporating a basement area that was salvaged from the fire.

The offices were completed 12 months after the fire, and house offices for neurological diagnosis, and treatment. The building is ADA accessible.
The building was constructed for approx. $100 per square foot, including site and utilities.
