Dr. Thomas Yannotty Dental Office 
Stirling Village, Butler Township, PA
 

The new office for Dr. Yannotty is on the main floor with an apartment above, and work and storage areas in the Basement Area. The building is brick, with stone sills and heads and vinyl siding on the gable ends.

Dr. Yannotty desired the building to be designed in a updated Victorian style, with as little maintenance as possible. Working with him, we chose the materials based upon economical cost and lifetime maintenance expectations.
